FAQ
Rice cooker is powered on but fails to work, what are possible reasons?
Check if power cord plug is tightly inserted and socket supplies power normally. Make sure top lid is fully closed; lid?opening protection will stop operation on some models. Do not disassemble the machine if no response after checks, turn to after?sales service for inspection.
What to do if induction cooker shows error code after power?on?
Cut off power supply and restart after several minutes to check whether error disappears. Refer to user manual for error?code explanation. Check cookware compatibility and whether cooling vent is blocked. Do not disassemble unit by yourself if error recurs, contact after?sales support.
Electric kettle cuts off power before water boils, what is the fault?
It is mostly caused by limescale covering temperature?sensing parts inside kettle, which reduces sensing sensitivity. Regular limescale removal can improve this condition. Stop using and ask technicians for inspection if the fault persists after descaling.
What causes yellow flame during gas stove operation?
Yellow flame mostly indicates incomplete combustion. Clean oil and food residue on burner holes and make sure burner cap is placed correctly. Poor indoor ventilation can also bring this problem. Long?time yellow flame will produce carbon deposit and shall be solved timely.
Can steel wool be used to clean inner pot of multifunction electric cooker?
Steel wool is not suggested. Hard steel wool will scratch inner?pot coating and affect further use. Soft sponge or cloth together with neutral detergent is recommended. Clean the appliance after it cools down.
How to deal with half?cooked rice from rice cooker?
Check whether rice?water ratio follows user manual; insufficient water easily leads to half?cooked rice. Confirm no rice grains or debris between inner pot and heating plate, foreign objects will cause poor heat conduction. Place inner pot flat against heating plate, then start cooking again after inspection.
Can aluminum or copper cookware be used on induction cooker?
Induction cookers generate heat by electromagnetic induction and only work with magnetic iron?based stainless?steel pots. Aluminum and copper pots are non?magnetic and cannot function properly. Please check bottom marking of cookware; only pots marked induction?compatible are available.
Is it normal for the base of electric kettle to get hot after boiling water?
Heat will transfer to the base during boiling. Slight warmth on base after operation is normal. In case of abnormal high temperature, smoke or strange smell, cut off power supply immediately, stop using the product and do not re?heat.
There is spark when igniting gas stove but no flame, what are the causes?
First check whether the gas valve is fully opened to ensure sufficient gas supply. Then check if burner holes are blocked by oil stain or food residue and clean debris. Also verify whether ignition needle is misaligned with burner cap. If ignition still fails after checking, please contact professional technicians for maintenance.
Can the multifunction electric cooker work with dry?burning for a long time?
Dry?burning operation is not recommended. The appliance is built?in with overheat protection, which will shut down the unit under dry?burn conditions. Frequent dry?burning will speed up aging of inner pot and internal components and shorten service life. Please make sure adequate food or water is added before use.
